House Call - 30 minutes or less - $30
If your problem can be fixed quickly, it won't cost much. Also, this saves you a lot of time compared to taking your item to a service center or calling for tech support.

House Call - over 30 minutes - $50/hour
More complex problems will sometimes take longer but can still be fixed on-site. We'll get your problem fixed as fast as we can.

Sometimes your problem will need more extensive work making it necessary for us to take your item with us. In these cases, we will provide a fixed price for the service and the house call is included!
