With our HandsOff services, we can take care of everything so you can just enjoy using your new technology. While these services vary a little depending on the product, they typically include the following:
- Consultation by phone or email
- Custom PersonalShopping report
- Product ordering (HandsOff+ only)
- Setup/installation
- Basic demo
So how's it work?
- We talk with you via phone or email to discuss your needs and budget.
- Based on our discussion, we search for products based on what we would buy if we were in your situation. We also look for these products locally and online to find you a good price. Once our research is complete, we send you a PersonalShopping report with our recommended product, buying options, prices, and alternate products.
- You pick the option you want from the PersonalShopping report. If you are using HandsOff+, we will take care of the ordering and have it either shipped directly to you or deliver it ourselves! Otherwise, you can use the information to place the order yourself and just let us know when it arrives.
- Once your equipment arrives, we will set up or install the product for you. You don't have to worry about any of it.
- When we've got everything working, we'll demo your new equipment and show you the basics of how to use it.
